The recipe is a good one, I make this all the time. But I don't see how anyone can pay attention to the video with that awful clip clipping music in the background. Ugh!

I agree with the announcers pronunciation. I've heard Giada and Martha Stewart pronounce it the same and looked up pronunciation.

Actually, we Americans, most of us, anyway, mispronounce it. The video is correct!
