Diaminpin~ yes, you can most certainly brine a frozen turkey. It needs to be defrosted first before brining. In addition to this video there's a wonderful article on Brining Turkey here at All Recipes. It's an ARTICLE though....not a video or How-to. You can find it by searching through the list of articles. There's a ton of info in the comment section there. Easiest to do is 1 cup Kosher salt to 1 gallon of liquid ~ bird needs to be completed immersed in brine and kept cold for hopefully 24 hours and if there's more time, let it rest in the frig until an hour before roasting. Let it come to room temp before roasting.

I brine my turkeys and pork roasts in a small cooler. Who has enough space in the fridge for that giant pot, especially near the holiday? Make enough brine to cover the bird and then add a small bag of ice. Snap the lid tight and the temperature will stay in the "safe zone" all night. Additionally, you can wrap the finished bird in foil and rest it in the same cooler, holding the temperature for a good hour. Put newspaper in the cooler to collect juices. This is a nice trick while waiting for late guests.

billbird2011...I agree with you 100% on the salt...however, pulling back the skin of a turkey ever so gently and adding soften butter mixed with 1/8 teaspoon of poultry seasoning works great...

I always brine the turkey. Got a great recipe for it. I have been doing it for years .. and will never go back and cook a turkey without brining the first.

>>>mom4u281....answer is YES...I always "dry" my turkey in the frig for at least 8-10 hours before roasting...doing this will make the skin more crispy...sometimes brining will make the skin soft and rubbery...
