Not the best. You have to finesse the spuds. Don't over cook them. Let them sit in the dressing overnight.

Yes, you are absolutely right; this is really good for family gathering. It is so nice to have a good dine while being together with your love one. I had paired this delicious “Potato salad” with a tasteful dish of “Chicken fricassee with cream.” Believe me these two combinations is one of a perfect meal that made our weekend so special!

I just made this, real good. The only problem was the missing actual recipe. We figured it out though. If you like Potato Salad you will like this.

Here's the recipe: Country Potato Salad Serves: 10 Prep Time: 25 min Cook Time: 10 min Ingredients •2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (about 6 cups) •1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise •1 Tbsp. white vinegar or apple cider vinegar •1/8 tsp. ground black pepper •1/2 cup thinly sliced celery •1/2 cup chopped onion •2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped •1/4 cup sweet pickle relish or chopped dill pickles (optional) Directions 1.Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly. 2.Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.

err... where is the actual recipe? I tried writing it all down (had to watch the video three times)! And then... I realized.. they never say anything but 'peel the hardcooked eggs'. They show two eggs only in the recipe... is that the amount used? ANNOYING!
