Video: Spicy Corn Salad

The spicy corn salad would be much better if you roasted or precooked the corn (on the cob) before removing the corn.

I totally adore the addition of the cucumbers-and I like the way the video shows us how to seed, slice and peel the cucumber!

I want to include this in my recipe box. But nothing of what was said was even there, like the envelope icon.

Fire-roasted tomatoes are really good to add to this too.

This recipe needs cilantro and maybe cherry tomatoes or red sweet/roasted peppers for color.
