Kind of like pancakes at elevation. If you cannot adjust to the altitude by intuition, you are lost. Or, you can give it a whirl and find out how resourseful you really are. It is just icing.

I think you can just type in cookie icing in the search box and it'll give you all the least that's what I did and it seemed to work.

I'm like everyone else, I really don't see the purpose of doing these videos without giving the ingred. measurements. If you have a instructional narrator anyway why can't she give the proportions? These videos are useless without the ingredients. I very rarely watch them anymore just a waste of time.

Does this icing is only for dipping or brushing cookies? I was wondering if is possible to use the bags and the metal tips in order to decorate cookies....

I have a question. I have tried to make everything from fudge that called for powdered sugar to butter cream frostings and they always taste "funny". Its the powdered sugar so my question is, are more expensive powdered sugars better? Do they not have that "funny" taste?
