Perri said it. Grilled fish is a little intimidating for sure. My husband likes his fried mostly but I tend to shy away from fried foods. I grilled fish once and am ready to grill again after watching this video. I would like to try it on a cedar plank also! Yum!

This was very interesting as we catch our own flounder quite often. I'm cooking some filets of fluke on the grill tonight. 10 minutes for every inch of thickness was nice to know. Thank you!

Great music but way too loud. Had a hard time hearing instructions. Would love to hear without the music.

I learned a lot from this video. I have been wanting to try grilling fish. I didn't realize that firm fish, like salmon, halibut, and tuna should be grilled on the grill and fish like tilapia benefit from a special basket. I liked how easy it was, using just olive oil and salt and pepper. That is how I do vegetables on the grill. I will remember that fish should be about 1" in thickness too, I wasn't sure about that. TY
