Video: Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

This is my favorite kind of coffee drink, so I KNOW I'll love making this dessert

I made this and it's absolutely fabulous! The instruction video is great! There's just enough coffee flavor in here so it's not overpowering and just subtle enough to really come through and compliment the caramel topping. The richness and creaminess of the cheesecake is well...as one of my guests put it "to die for". I always bring my ingredients to room temperature before mixing and don't overbeat - plus do a waterbath to avoid cracks. I topped it with homemade whipped cream and it was beyond delicious! Definitely give this one a try...

The guy in the video is very dry and boring. how'd he get a show? use some voice inflection tell a joke something. Awesome recipe tho

This will be a recipe I will try! I love cheesecake and coffee. I'm not a professional chef, but I can safely say that I've made many cheesecakes w/ success (no cracked tops) and have never used a waterbath. Usually the problem w/ a cracked top can be attributed to beating the mixture at a higher speed, or baking at a temperature that’s too high or over-baking. I often start my cheesecake out at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and then drop it to 200 degrees and bake for an hour.
