There's a reason Allrecipes cook Sandy is known as the Cupcake Queen. Here, she shows how to make her amazing Peanut Butter Bacon Cupcakes. These cupcakes are easy (the base is a cake mix) but sinfully rich, which is why they're also known as the Bomb-Cake. You won't be able to stop at just one, making one "bombing run" after another! Watch the video, then get the recipe for Sandy’s Peanut Butter Bacon Cupcakes.

I made these and they were awesome. My only suggestion would be to use smaller cupcake tins. They were rich, moist and ooooohh so delicious.

I loved watching this video, although if i'm honest can't imagine I would use bacon in a cupcake. I would love to try one without knowing the ingredients.

I love the trend of adding bacon to sweet desserts. This cupcake looks really good. I also love embellishing cake mixes to create new flavors. The idea of leaving one hole empty if a good one...but only if it doesn't matter how many u have to make, but u usually need them by the dozen. Other wise u will have to bake the last 2-3 seperatly or waste that batter.

Cakes and cupcakes are my favorite thing to make so this video caught my attention. I also loved the unusual ingredients...I enjoy trying new and different recipes : ) Loved her helpful tip about leaving out the one cupcake so you can get the pan out of the oven easier. This video was not only informative but a lot of fun!
