I made these stuffed jalapenos with whipped cream cheese and wrapped them with thick bacon strips. Amazing! Sausage is worth checking out and ordering. Made in Michigan.

I've made Temple's firecrackers quite a few times and always add ranch dressing mix and some chopped chives. Making a large batch lets me freeze half for another football game. Go Packers!

I like to add Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Jack cheese and bacon to cream cheese. So yummy

To bread the poppers, whip up some egg whites, roll poppers in whites then roll in cornmeal. So good! Instead of wrapping in bacon, use fresh bacon bits (jar or bag) and mix into the cream cheese mixture. That way you get the bacon cream cheese flavor with a crunchy coating.

I like to mix a packet of ranch dressing powder into the cream cheese. It adds flavor and makes the cream cheese easier to spread. Also, for more heat, mix in a hot sauce of your choice and/or some cayenne

Stuffed Jalapeño Firecrackers: I would love to make these, however, I would like to cover them in breadcrumbs. How would I keep the breadcrumbs on them?

We have been making these for many years, we add a thin slice of chicken breast after stuffing with cream cheese, then wrap with maple bacon!! Extra yummy!! Our Memorial Day and 4th of July tradition. By the 4th of July we are able to harvest our own Jalapenos..extra special!!
