I like to mix a packet of ranch dressing powder into the cream cheese. It adds flavor and makes the cream cheese easier to spread. Also, for more heat, mix in a hot sauce of your choice and/or some cayenne

Stuffed Jalapeño Firecrackers: I would love to make these, however, I would like to cover them in breadcrumbs. How would I keep the breadcrumbs on them?

We have been making these for many years, we add a thin slice of chicken breast after stuffing with cream cheese, then wrap with maple bacon!! Extra yummy!! Our Memorial Day and 4th of July tradition. By the 4th of July we are able to harvest our own Jalapenos..extra special!!

Handling peppers without gloves? Hands burn? Pour milk in a pie plate and soak hands for a few minutes and the fire is gone. If you rub your eyes and they are one fire, soak cotton balls in milk and apply to the eyes.
