Where is the tahini, Looks like you made a new version

No kidding! Where is the tahini and why aren't the quantities mentioned? Lousy video! Also, it's not necessary for the narrator to sound like a porn star for a hummus recipe :p

You can't make authentic hummus without tahini - period. A nice little tip, middle easterners almost always pour a small pool of olive oil on top (in a bowl, for crying out loud) before serving. My husband likes to substitute toasted sesame seed oil for olive oil - makes for great flavor! And of course, you have to soften the pita bread by heating it in some manner - better if browned/heated in a pan over a burner than in the microwave, but whatever, don't serve it with cold, out of the package, pita bread. Yuk! Also good served with raw veggies (celery, cucumber, etc.)
