I haven't tried this particular recipe, but, I will have to give it a try! Breakfast casseroles are my go to breakfast meal when I have company. No messy kitchen in the morning and breakfast is ready to pop in the evening when I get up.

I have made this quite a few times. It is delicious. After the first time, I added some tomato and a small amount of garlic. The tip is to drain off well, the fried ingredients. Also I think the seasoning is important.

this is the best one i ever saw. for Easter we make a larger one w/15 ozs. of ricotta ,choice of meats; pepperoni, ham, and about eight eggs. we bake at 350% for about an hour uncovered. we call it frittata. Note: we season the riccota w/parsley, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. we also layer mozaretta over all.

I have made this quite a few times. It is delicious and of course, SO easy. The secret is to drain off the liquid from the cooked ingredients. Otherwise it is soggy.
