Tilapia is a versatile, mild tasting fish that’s an inexpensive and plentiful alternative to other white fish like cod. In this video, you’ll learn how to cook tilapia. An excellent source of protein, farm-raised tilapia is low fat with a sweet and delicate texture that lends itself to being cooked in a variety of ways. The fish cooked on the bed of spinach, which we liberally sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper, although it too longer than 15 minutes to cook. Wedid not add any butter sauce as trying to limit calories, but served a side of rice and steamed vegetables made for a moist tasty dish for my husband and nyself.
