A hint for this thai peanut sauce. It really does need to be cooked for a short time to help everything come together and to intensify the flavor. I'd suggest putting it in a pan over med-hi heat and letting it warm through for a few minutes as you whisk it to mix. Its ok uncooked, but SO much better slightly cooked through. :) Also, cooking it keeps it from separating like it has in the picture.
