I've read several of the reviews, and most people emphatically say yes. The marinade for the chicken is wonderful. I don't eat bread because I'm diabetic, but as a salad, it's fantastic. Also, it's much easier if you do the recipe in steps. Make the marinade and marinade the chicken the night before; fix the salsa before 12, refrigerate and let the flavors meld; slice and prepare the vegetables. Then, when you're ready to cook, everything goes together rather easily. Check the recipe and read the reviews. Also, the creator of the recipe comments on how she breaks down the recipe in stages.

Lime or lemon zest is the very outside of the peel, the 'color' of the fruit, not the white part. The white part, the pith, is very bitter. The zest has wonderful aroma and flavor. Be sure and use a citrus zester. It's definitely worth the small investment. If you try to use a regular grater, you'll get pith in your zest, and it will be bitter. Run the fruit once across the zester, turn the fruit a bit, run it again, turn it, run it again. Sounds complicated, but it's easy to get the hang of it.

Sorry, what exactly is that lime zest? Just grating the outside lime peel? Or is the lime peeled already and that zest is the white stuff before the juicy flesh?
