Simply Amazing just as it is written; this recipe is perfect as is and no need to change a thing! Somehow it went so well with corn on the cob, chicken rice-a-roni, and braised mushrooms. Some people change the recipe so much that I urge you not to as you won't get the full enjoyment from this delicious chicken as intended ~ Enjoy!

I would recommend this recipe. I substituted the mayo with light mayo and it tasted very good. I may reduce the amount that I add, because it was a bit too moist for my taste

I used only 1/2 of an organic, skinned chicken, substituted 1/4 cup olive oil mayo and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for the regular mayo. I followed the Panko crumb recipe. Delicious! I'm always concerned about cholesterol, so the olive oil mayo is my preference. I will make this again and will be sure to share the recipe.

the caption doesn't say that it is healthier than anything only that it is crispy and moist. Sometimes you just want some good old-fashioned comfort food and don't care about how healthy it is. Don't make it.

It seems that this recipe is good but it doesn't seem like enough seasoning is added to it. But I am going to try it out first without the skin.

This is for paradise - I use plastic bags all the time. They wash easily using soap and water when you do dishes. Rinse them well and they're good to use again (No I don't have a dishwasher)
