they are sooooo tasty I made them in a babycakes doughnut maker it works as well as a doughnut pan but less decrotive looking

Would a corn-muffin pan work? The kind that has the little indents which look like small ears of corn is what I am thinking of. Probably would produce smaller muffins, so the bake time would need to be adjusted to under 8 minutes, I think.

Hey guys! I don't have a donut pan, do you think there is any other way to make these without one?

When ever I substitute buttermilk for milk I lesson the baking powder and add a little baking soda and lemon juice. After reading this recipe I'm definitely buying a donut pan.

Good base recipe for something more. I added banana extract with the icing, and will add an orange zest to the batter next time. all in all it's pretty yummy.
