You can also fill the cavity with a can of cola flavored soda ad some apple to add a nice flavor to it!

Bad advice, cook at 225 degrees, not 240 and only cook the bird to 160 degrees. Cooking it to 180 degrees with the thermometer in the thigh like she did will guarantee the breast will be as dry as shoe leather.
