I am known in my family as making the best scrambled eggs and i disagree with adding the salt before cooking. it will make the eggs less fluffy, also i always had a little cream to them and cook on a higher temperature and less stirring.

I've been using the chef Ramsay way, and this is THE best way i've made them. Absolutely love them. No beating, no whipping and use a pan instead of a skillet! Amazing. Look it up!
