I bought a ham , fully cooked sprial ham. I will have had it for 10 days. Should I have put it in the freezer. I was told that since it was already cooked just leave it in the frig.. What do you think ? Thanks...

Don't show a spiral cut ham and give a full butt bone in ham recipe. The spiral ham will dry out in this recipe.

I always use pineapple juice instead of the water and mix ground cloves mixed with my brown sugar. Saves time and tastes great.

Been doing ham like this for years..I use 7 up intead of water in the bottom of the pan. The juices in the pan make amazing gravy..just thicken with corn starch and water paste,
