Delicious and a family favorite! I used "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter with olive oil - because real butter burns. Love the recipe!

sounds like it as bad as deep fried . there are healthier ways on here . but nice if you don't care about eating healthy .

I tried this technique last night and it was wonderful. I couldn't believe how crispy it was, considering it came out the oven. However it should be noted that I didn't use the measurements/seasonings in the video, I used my normal measurements/seasonings I always use when frying chicken. The outcome was spectacular. I can put my deep fryer in storage now.

I agree that the seasoning measurements certainly look like a lot more than what is stated in the video.

i loved how this came out. i used part butter and the other part coconut oil it makes for a great topping in the end :)
