Question is, all you putting down the recipe, when you saw the headline "Taco Pie" what part of that even sounded healthy????? Especially because there was a picture provided showing it was not a "Vegan" Or "Veggie" taco....my goodness...

I agree with some of the comments. I would like to try. I would substitute ingredients and make it far more healthy. I am gonna add more veggies and use a leaner meat or vegan crumble and use far less cheese and no sour cream and find alternative for tortilla chips.

Great recipe! People can opt for the nonfat or reduced fat cheese and sour cream. Also use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef! I am sure it will taste delicious!

I'm sure you can add tomato, lettuce etc and yes it may look like a giant artery clogging dinner, but if you eat portion wise it's not a bad dinner. All these comments about fat and unhealthyness are being looked at as if the whole dish is being eaten by one person in one sitting and you can always option for fat free options :)
