Good idea, especially for a hurried supper - we often make a variation of this using frozen corn, fresh (left over) chicken, and any kind of chicken stock (e.g. cubes or powder, home made).

This would be good if you put some spices in it.. and some green chili's In a can, and some cilantro and cumin powder and I like pinto beans instead of the black beans.. Eat with chips and some added salsa..
