No, not what I've been looking for. When you go to a really nice restaurant (Cajun, Chinese, etc...) the rice is always light and dry. How do they do it? Some how their rice comes out DRY and then it mixes perfectly with whatever gravy or sauce is in the plate. HELP, Can anybody tell me, "How do they do it"?
