Mike wrote that he freezes leftover bean. I along with Fred's comment, what would be the max time on freezing them? Or to be canned?

Fred, my wife likes to take the extra beans and freeze them for a later date.

I have a question. Are the extra servings freezable? I live alone and can eat only so many refried beans, at a time.
