Carinochka, It has been proven that lemon juice will dissolve aluminum. A study was done at USC and found that vinegar and lemon juice confirmed it. Whether that is dangerous or not needs to be understood. When I did this recipe, I just left it in the glass and covered it.

This is a great recipe and I always cook almost the same, but... But I never put marinated fish on foil, as there is a lemon juice in the marinade and I've read that it's very dangerous for food when lemon juice touches foil. What can you say to this?

Well I try this Salmon recipe and I added salad olives for the finishing touches.it came out so great.my family couldn't get enough of this dish.I thank allrecipes.com for the help I get from you guys
