Can I please have a link to the ingredients and proper amounts? I'd much rather make this version of the salad as opposed to the one it links at the end of the description paragraph.

Thank goodness I watched the video. If I hadn't I would not have known about the wonderful lemon grass dressing!

I would consider adding a small amount of sliced red onion or shredded carrots for added flavor and color. I always try to make sure my meals are not all the same color.

Looks great - I can't wait to make it! Problem though: Where's the recipe? The recipe in the link, doesn't have lemongrass. How much lemongrass is used for this recipe?

Please, please, add a link to the recipe in written form so that we can add it to the recipe collection. I know you can write it out as the video runs but I find I often miss a bit and have to keep replaying it which is so annoying! Lovely recipe, though. My mouth waters just watching the video - I must go and buy the ingredients!

Wow a lot of picky complaining people here...manicure? Oh come on! I quickly wrote out the recipe while watching the video..it only took a few minutes. They didn't have lemon grass at my local grocery store so I bought prepared paste in tube and it was still delicious. Also, I assume the curry powder is the orangy coloured "North American" style? I used that, but next time might cut the amount in half, as I found it overwhelmed the other authentic Thai flavours. Also used regular rice vinegar as I didn't have the brown. The comment about adding the red bell pepper I will definitely do this next time for colour. Even with my minor substitutions it is a great recipe and was a big hit at the party this weekend. Thanks so much for sharing this! Kelly

Thank you for giving the ingredients. One thing, though, I do not find this quick and easy.
