what is the point of these videos when they don't give you the amounts of the ingredients. Why can't I just print it out?

I also wish the recipe was shown for this salad. I think I like this with the small baby beets. Also, the stems of the arugula get in the way which makes it hard to eat. Would suggest just twisting them off. Easy.
