the video does not say if you should leave the pot of boiling water/butter on the stove or remove it...however, we took it off the stove and addd eggs..the dough turned to liquid...we tried it again, leaving on the stove and it turned out great!

how do you keep your cream puffs from flattening after taken them out of the oven????? please help

I highly recommend adding coconut to the pudding. I always eyeball it. Just till it looks yummy, but its probably about 1 cup.
