Have to agree - where IS the recipe? Plus, what about Nutrition Info??? I've come to rely on AR to find low cal, healthy things for work lunches, but not knowing any nutrient data is a BIG disappointment. I can guess it's tasty, healthy, and with judicious use of olive oil, low cal, but it would be so much better to have the numbers!!!

Love this ... grew up with this with the addition of chopped red onion, no garlic. I am always sure to use Tuna packed in oil for this one ... has much more flavor. It's a wonderful hot summer evening meal on a bed of greens along with hard-boild eggs and sliced garden-ripe tomatoes. Love it!

I made this recipe with some left over salmon I had baked. It was fantastic. The flavors were combined to make a scrumpous sandwitch that I've made several times now. It even felt like I was eating healthy.

This recipe is very simple and delish! Since there isnt a written recipes yet I just mixed all ingredients until it looked well proportioned. My husband supposedly hates olives and artichokes- ate half the loaf! =) Definitely a remake!
