May I suggest you add some fresh dill to the white sauce after you add the milk. It's a common ingredient that's used in Polish cooking and adds a lot of flavor.

You can make this a chicken fried chicken steak by using a chicken breast flattened with a meat tenderizer between paper.

was raised on country fried steak. My mother browned the steak made the gravy and finished cooking the steak in the gravy. Makes for a much richer gravy.

I definitely agree that including the recipe would be preferable for those of us who want to quickly scan the ingredients and procedure rather than sit through a video of very basic instructions. [The video is great for those just starting out learning to cook, but not necessary for someone who knows how to make a roux, white sauce, gravy (or whatever you prefer to call it) or how to coat and dredge a piece of meat.]

My mother used to make "chicken fried steak." It was one of the few dishes she cooked that I sort-of liked (she was a horrible cook.) I don't remember that there was any gravy. I might try this recipe, just to improve on my memory of this dish. BTW, I enjoy the videos.
