I make these for work Pot Luck, I add refried beans to the meat mixture as well as creamy velveeta cheese before rolling them, and a dollop of sour cream just before serving.

I have to agree with the no seasoning in the meat an onion was a bit strange I would definitely add taco seasoning :)or at least salt an pepper,,, I would like some chilli in there as well
