what if I added too much milk?? what happens?? 0.o

I want the moisture but cannot have pineapple. What can i use instead

Tried this recipe for my daughter's birthday, since her favorite cake is carrot. It turned out fantastic!!! Probably the best cake I've ever eaten. Moist and flavorful! Thanks for sharing the recipe! This will be one of my favorites. I followed the recipe to the tee except for substituting reg milk and the lemon juice instead of buttermilk.

I've tried this recipe twice but it doesn't come out good, outside the cake is good but inside still wet although when I enter a toothpick to the center it comes dry, please tell me what to do? thanks folks

Yum..only suggestion is to mix the carrots, pineapple, raisins, cocnut, and nut mixture together BEFORE you add the dry ing. to the wet ingredients. Once you add the dry to the wet, you want to get it into the oven asap.

This is my Great Uncle Sammy's recipe. I just viewed this link for the first time last week. My mother passed it on to all of her children. I was very inspired to make it immediately and I did just that. This cake is fantastic ! So many delicious moist flavors going on at once ! I think it is the coolest thing to watch this video and make this cake knowing that it is a part of my families recipe archive. I am proud to say "Yup, that's my Uncle Sammy's Recipe!" Thanks cousin Brian for putting it out there ! I know this recipe will put a smile on many peoples faces and that would make him happy !
