Everyone above me who commented, please watch and listen to the video again,... It clearly states - 45mins on High and then 4 to 8 hours on low.

Will it be under cooked in 4 hours on low. Will it be over cooked in 4 hours on high?

It's probably 4 hours on high, and 8 hours on low. Some folks will put it together at breakfast for Thanksgiving lunch, and some folks need to hold it until supper. I have not made it, though, so maybe others can chime in. . .usually how slow cooker recipes work.

4 to 8 hours? Would like it to be done in time. Can't hold off dinner for 4 hours. So exactly how long should it cook for?
