Love this recipe. It was really hard trying to fine a recipe without sugar in it.

I'm not a fan of them with marshmallows, but I can do with a pinch or two of brown sugar. I'm really happy to find this recipe, as I was getting very frustrated that either sugar or brown sugar was a requirement for every recipe I found.

I really love sweet potatoes, but I've never really understood the US habit of adding sugar (or marshmallows - really?) to a main course side dish. This way of cooking them is very tasty.
