that was more like 1/2 inch not 3/4 inch slices. 3/4 inch in the recipe is kind of thick. It looked good however.

Mine is in the oven right now & smells DIVINE!!! I got eggplants 2 for $1 at our little township Farmers' Market...CAN'T BEAT IT!!! =)
