This recipe is awesome, I added a cup of sliced button mushrooms, and sautéed them with the vegetables and added a can of cream of celery soup. Also, you can double the carrot and celery and up the cauliflower to half a head use 6 potatoes with this will fill up a 9x13 perfectly, this was not dry at all and was perfect for 6 people. Has quickly become on of my favorites.

I was thinking to add cream of mushroom soup to the veggies. Since there are reports of this being dry. cream of celery or mushroom could help. If you aren't too strict of a vegetarian. I'm sure something in that can has to be from an animal. But I personally am just trying to cut down on meat where possible. so I think a cream soup added might give it that boost. I have a recipe idea for this. I'll post after I try it out.

Tried this last night. Dry, tasteless, needs some kind of gravy. We had to put ketchup on it to eat it. Don't attempt!

what kind of beans? I've been eating mostly vegetarian (with the exception of turkey)..but I've never cooked with beans, I did buy some to attempt to make a veggie burger once, but they smelled awful so I didn't make it. I'm going to make this with Broccoli and peas, I don't like cauliflower or celery and have never had leaks before. I'm guessing you can sub any veggies you want, in the end, it's still yummy.

As a new vegetarian, I have to say that this looks so fantastic. I'm making lentil loaf right now and I swear that as soon as I go grocery shopping again this will be on my recipe list. Thanks for those who paid enough attention to write out the recipe. I'm going to bookmark this page so that I can find it easily.

twice I see some kind soul has typed out the recipe for ya'll! click and drag your cursor to select the text, right click "cut" right click "copy", open a word document and right click "paste". Print it, add ingredients to your shopping list on this site, etc. No biggie. Looks like a Bertoli EVOO ad, BTW!Maybe that's why the video format, basically a commercial? Grateful for it,tho, made it tonight and it was delish, even my two year old ate it :) We used mozzarella and parm...mmm!
