I still don't understand.. what is that you call 'yellow ticnics' and can I use olive oil instead of canola oil? Please reply ASAP cuz it looks just fantastic :)

Or just follow the recipe here and make them from scratch. Then you can always just use the things you usually have in your kitchen and not have preservatives and other icky stuff in your cuppies :)

@raemer - I don't often use a boxed cake mix, but when in a hurry have had good luck with any of the ones that have "pudding in the mix", and you can buy any of those that are for cakes and use them for cupcakes. Duncan Hines and Betty Crocker I think both are moist and one of them has a specific "cupcake mix". But it is just the same as cake mix. Hope that helps :)
