See how to put a deliciously different twist on pork-fried rice. In place of rice, Chef John swaps in quinoa, the “super grain” (though it's actually a seed) from South America. This recipe is so quick and easy. It’s the perfect weeknight meal. In the video, you’ll see how to prepare the quinoa. Chef John keeps things nice and light and healthy here, using just a bit of vegetable oil in the stir-fry, and finishing things up with some seasoned rice vinegar, soy sauce, and siracha hot sauce. Check out Chef John's recipe for Pork Fried Quinoa. If you like, top it off with a poached egg! Finally, a super food that’s also super delicious! See more Chef John videos >>

Why don't the videos ever have an accompanying written recipe? I appreciate the value of seeing a demonstration but in this day and age you expect me to scrounge up a pen and paper? *sigh*
