Pineapple??? The recipe is Fried Rice Restaurant Style. I didn't see a thing about pineapple but haven't read the recipe, only saw the video. I'm 71 and have never had pineapple in fried rice.

One more thing I have never had pineapple in fried rice and I cook and eat out a lot. Put the pineapple in the fruit salad!!!!

I never have heard of making fried rice with warm cooked rice--it should always be made with cold rice ---eggs should be cooked separately and added at the end. Also, there are much better veggie choices than peas and carrots. Never heard of putting Worcestershire sauce in to make it more "authentic" Bad recipe!!! This sounds like a recipe for people with no taste buds--it would be better to just eat the peas and carrots separately with a little butter and eat the rice separately too. This is no way close to what you would get in a restaurant, especially Chinese

I too am baffled that there wasn't any pineapple added I'm sure it will be a lot nicer with that addition. Have some left over pineapple and will add it to the finished product.

Two key ingredients in virtually all restaurant fried rice in the US is garlic and ginger. Cold day old rice also fries better because it is has lost moisture. I'm sure this tastes OK as per the recipe, but I'd say it won't taste like what one would typically get at a Chinese restaurant.

Where's the pineapple? I like many others opened this expecting pineapple fried rice. I see the pineapple rice II recipe, but really had to look for it.

Really? No pineapple? It's the entire reason I opened the email. I guess I could just add some myself, but they need to rename the recipe.

What happened to the pineapple,first recipe I've found on here that leaves out one of the most important ingredients,how do you call it Pineapple fried Rice with no pineapple listed in the ingredients?
