My husband says that I hit the jackpot on this one! Then he added, "Have you ever seen me take a 2nd helping of rice?" Loved the sauce! Extremely easy!

I would think you could thicken the sauce and use it over rice or noodles or even potatoes or veggies..

Looks yummy, but I would definitely brine the breasts (2 quarts water, 1/2 cup salt, 1/4 cup sugar for 1/2 hour) before baking. Even better, I would use skinned, bone in split breasts.

Not nearly enough flavor on the insides of the breasts. Very blah. So the next time we sliced the breasts sideways into three slabs and then baked. That allowed the flavors to really enhance the entire dish.

this recipe arrived in my email this morning, just as I had taken chicken breasts out to thaw, it was awesome! it was moist and it was easy! I used agave syrup (like honey) and 1/4 cup honey mustard and 1/4 prepared mustard. I did not change up the spices. I served it with some extra sauce. The teenagers loved it!
