I omitted the cheddar cheese and french fried onions (not a fan). I added two 4 oz cans of tuna, 2 servings of peas and a half of can of cream of onion soup. Then for the top I used panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic powder. It came out really good

This was a pleasant change from the old standby. I served it with peas and white wine. Definitely going to make this again. My only change was to add a little more tuna.

I like to use Flaked Salmon to change it up every now and then and put crushed potato chips on top of it, (I like the Lay's Honey BBQ for this for a diff flavor). If I have them, I throw in a handful of frozen peas, bake and eat. Very good Salmon Casserole and reheats well for left overs.

I don't care for the onions, so I used panko mixed with some paprika and Italian herbs and added broccoli. It was fab!
