I omitted the cheddar cheese and french fried onions (not a fan). I added two 4 oz cans of tuna, 2 servings of peas and a half of can of cream of onion soup. Then for the top I used panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic powder. It came out really good
I've got news for ya. They don't make Tuna in 6 oz. cans any more. They're all 5 ouncers. Bummer.
This was a pleasant change from the old standby. I served it with peas and white wine. Definitely going to make this again. My only change was to add a little more tuna.
