I don't care for the onions, so I used panko mixed with some paprika and Italian herbs and added broccoli. It was fab!
I like to use Flaked Salmon to change it up every now and then and put crushed potato chips on top of it, (I like the Lay's Honey BBQ for this for a diff flavor). If I have them, I throw in a handful of frozen peas, bake and eat. Very good Salmon Casserole and reheats well for left overs.
