@Dannyrdgz: Did you use the oxtail? It will add texture to the broth. @MinnesotaMommy: I agree. The music is distracting. I find it funny the chef attributes his wheat allergy to his genes. Being from Ukraine I am genetically predisposed to eat wheat…yet it makes me sick.

The stock is too thin and asks for way too much ginger. I made this exactly and the stock was weak and smelled too much of ginger.

The music makes it hard to hear what the guy is saying. It's nice music but at the very least, it's too loud.
