I made this in the crock pot by combining all the ingredients and cooking on high for 2 hours and then low for 2 hours(because 4 hours was all the time I had). I like a lot of meat in my chili so I added 12 oz of pulled turkey...very hearty. The next time I make it I will add a second can of kidney beans as they were pretty scant in the finished dish. Also the cinnamon was too much. Half the amount will do just fine to enhance the chili powder without being a prominent flavor in the dish. Finally, I might try about a tablespoon of molasses for a little richness and to tone down the tomato. A great base to tweak to your own liking.

Well, chicken broth commonly comes in a 14.5 ounce can, and the tomato puree in a 28 oz size can....that sounds about right...and the amount of liquid that was poured in, seems to be about right too!

I need a recipe with specific can sizes and amounts. Not a video that is not detailed.

What size cans? This video is too non-specific regarding the sizes of the cans of tomato paste and puréed tomatoes. My attempt at this recipe turned out ok, but I think it wps to tomatoey so I had to add more broth. I would recommend a oriented list of ingredients.

Although I'm not an expert in the sector, I express the opinion that the articles with videos are interesting and useful. Compliments to their authors. Regards, Silvio.

I would add the turkey last. It's already cooked, so why overcook it? Great idea for leftover turkey.
