This is one of the BEST French Bread recipes I've ever worked with! I usually have to double the recipe to even have leftovers for the next morning. Baguettes + sliced brie = one delicious breakfast.

Bread machines aren't expensive, they are certainly worth every cent. They mix, knead and prove the dough for you, saves lots of time for other things. Just making my 1st French loaf using this recipe, will let you know how it turns out...video was a great help.

I love this recipe. Video is great to show how to shape the baguettes. I've made this recipe into smaller loaves for hoagies. Yum!

not just a mixer, is a bread maker, oven. no need to prehead your entire oven and house and no need to brake your back and to buy an expensive mixer.
