I tried these instructions after trying to find a way to save this recipe, as Chef John ALWAYS has a link to the recipe in his videos; but hitting the "back" button after watching the video did NOT work for me. It just took me back to the previous recipe I was viewing? This looks so good & easy that I do want to save it. Any suggestions?

It is an absolutely delicious recipe. I made it with fake chicken from trader joe's. Tasted just like the real thing. I am going to make it with tofu next time.

I'm looking for the answer to the above questions. Where is the recipe written so we can actually print it or save it in our All Recipes folders?

I have the same question as novaleemn. Is this recipe written anywhere? the closest I could find is the ten minute szechuan chicken recipe. I noticed also in the video is says start with an egg white but when they add the chicken they say add to the whites. That suggests more than more egg. Recipe sounds great hopefully somebody can help with measurements

Is there a written recipe for this somewhere? How much ginger and garlic are needed?
