I absolutely LoVE garlic and in viewing this video, I noticed that the visual of the 2 Tbsp of garlic looked more like 1/4 cup to me. I went with the suggestion using about 7 garlic cloves (various sizes) amounting to 2 Tbsp. I also noticed that the head of cauliflower used must have been a small head. The amount of flowerettes I had were significantly more than shown. believe this recipe the way demonstrated will be fine but I would advise if your cauliflower head is larger, use more garlic and olive oil. I will be doing this next time for sure! Also, compensate the Parmigaiano cheese for the amount...1/3 cup is not enough for a large head. It smells absolutely delicious...I know it will be delicious! FYI - You can used a large bowl instead of a plastic bag. I do this all the time when roasting brussel sprouts, small peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms. It is a earth-friendly way of coating your veggies! Bon Appetite

Fabulous recipe! This is the kind of recipe I love -- simple, healthful ingredients that really pack a punch. The garlic looked like way too much, but really makes the results special, so don't cut back on it.

I'm going to try this and take to my sister's house for Thanksgiving. I'm going to cook it at my house, will it still taste good at room temp or do I have to reheat at her house? Thank you, Mary
