I forgot to mention I didn't add any salt.

I made up this marinade and put the remainder in a mason jar in my fridge since it was an awful lot for the amount of chicken I had. Five days later I used the same marinade on my Alaskan silver salmon. I grilled both times. This is an excellent recipe and it will be my go to marinade.

I don't know about all that SALT, since we can't tolerate it...but everything sounds great. I also don't know where they get the Worchestershire sauce for the video, but it shows as thin as the soy sauce ! Mine is sluggishly thick as it comes from the bottle !

Will try recipe, but cutting it back. Am i wrong, or did video use boneless breasts to make, then showed legs fully cooked at end?

Its a huge amount of marinade which affects quants of salt, etc. Knock portion size down to 6 or so and you'll get a much more modest amount incl. less salt -- marinate in a bag, as mentioned elsewhere to use less. Haven't tried this recipe yet, so don't know about taste.

Quantity did seem a bit excessive! I'll try it, though, before I knock it. The dry mustard intrigues me. Fire up the grill!

As far as expense goes, I think you could cut this recipe in half and marinate in a large zip loc with all the air squeezed out. That would make sure all sides of your chicken stayed in contact with the marinade and youncould use FAR less. I use this method all the time when I marinate. I also would not add the additional salt.

Gee, super caloric and ultra salty. This quantity of Soy sauce is usually a deal breaker.
